CHAMPIONS FUNDING ANNOUNCES NEW LOAN PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTORS
Champions Funding Releases Non-QM Loan Product for Foreign National Investors
GILBERT, AZ (October 3, 2023) – Champions Funding, a mortgage leader in Non-QM financing, announced the addition of a loan program for Foreign National real estate investors. This new program will provide much needed financing options for those looking to purchase a home and expand their investment portfolios in the United States.

"The ability to obtain financing for the purchase or refinance of properties in the United States will allow these borrowers to take advantage of the many opportunities that exist in the U.S. real estate market."
Named Ambassador, Champions Funding’s loan product extends financing opportunities to an underserved borrower set who may not qualify for traditional agency funding. The Ambassador loan program will offer a variety of features that are designed to meet the needs of Foreign National borrowers. Some features include:
· Loan amounts up to $1.5 million
· Maximum Loan-to-Value/Combined Loan-to-Value 70%
· Eligible properties include condotels & short-term rental properties (DSCR only),plus vacant or unleased properties (with reduced LTV)
In addition to the Foreign National Ambassador product, Champions recently expanded its product suite to include financing for borrowers, both consumers and investors, who use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) as they are ineligible or unable to obtain a Social Security Number. The Non-QM Lender is fulfilling and honoring its mission-focused lending by serving the underserved and promoting community development.
