Champions Funding Names Elizabeth Lisk as EVP Operations and Annette Arevalo as SVP Operations
GILBERT, AZ (May 5, 2023) – Champions Funding LLC is proud to announce the promotions of Elizabeth (Liz) Lisk to EVP Operations and Annette Arevalo to SVP Operations. At its founding, both joined Champions Funding in 2022 and have demonstrated exceptional commitment to propelling company growth through innovative operational processes and exceptional customer service since inception.
Liz Lisk has been integral to the build-out
and development of numerous Operations programs including DocuTech integration and MeridianLink’s Mortgage Loan Origination Software system integration, plus process flows for post-closing and loan delivery.
“Witnessing her take on projects of such magnitude with simplified execution and delivery has been humbling and inspiring. As we enter our second year as Champions, Liz has been called on once again to deploy P&Ps empowering us to successfully complete State Audits, Investor Audits, and applying the findings to further enhance and broaden our evolving Operations world,” said President and Chief Operating Officer Natalie Verrette.
Liz continues to further develop and refine processes to find practical solutions through streamlined execution and common-sense applications.
Verrette continued, “While she earned this title much earlier in her career through a vigorous unquenchable thirst of understanding all things Ops, we are selfishly humbled and privileged to be afforded the opportunity to reward her efforts and achievements.”
Lisk brings over 20 years of Operational oversight experience in the mortgage industry. In her new role as Executive Vice President of Operations, Lisk increases her impact across Champions Funding’s platforms as well as corporate initiatives that drive revenue growth. Liz recently received the prestigious Mortgage Stars 2023 award, an honor given by AmBiz Media and Mortgage Women’s Magazine for making a difference and standing out in the mortgage industry.
A true Champion, Annette Arevalo is deeply committed to solution-driven support. The embodiment of Champion Funding’s “Yes Before No” mentality, Annette Arevalo, Senior Vice President of Operations, marries her keen knowledge with a willingness to persevere to find solutions. Verrette says of Arevalo, “Many will hear me joke that Annette Arevalo is the ‘Loan Whisperer’. She earned this nickname through her keen ability to dig in, identify challenges, stabilize escalated matters, and take action to deliver positive results.”
Bringing almost a decade of customer experience, Arevalo makes a real-time impact and changes to the overall customer experience. She’s built a team of empowered decision-makers and support that helps clients through education and business development. She and her team are a catalyst to driving new business forward and can be directly attributed to Champion Funding’s success to date. Paired with a positive disposition and transparency, she seeks to find resolutions and opportunities for internal and external clients.
