Steve Cutter brings extensive expertise in mortgage sales leadership, backed by a proven history of growing market share and cultivating top-performing teams. Known for his hands-on approach and results-driven mindset, Cutter consistently earns the respect of the mortgage professionals he leads. As Executive Vice President of Sales for the Western Division, he will focus on strengthening partnerships with mortgage brokers and implementing strategies to achieve sustainable growth in key markets.

Joe Tomasello, a seasoned and creative sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Sales. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing, relationship-focused teams. In his new role, Tomasello will concentrate on enhancing sales operations and ensuring the company's objectives are closely aligned with the needs of its broker partners.

The suite offers office space for the team, plus space to host local client-focused events and a podcast studio.
In mid-January, Champions Funding rolled out an extensive guideline overhaul to increase opportunities for mortgage broker partners to offer more inclusive loan options than ever before for responsible and creditworthy borrowers.
